After several failed attempts to log in to WSU Pipeline, an AccessID is locked out. The system does this is to block any attempts by people who try to log into an account by guessing a password.
If you forgot your AccessID password, call the C&IT Help Desk at (313) 577-4778 during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., during fall/winter terms or 8 a.m.–6 p.m. during spring/summer terms). They can reset your password and unlock your Pipeline account.
In the future, you can use the "Forgot your password? Click here" feature in Pipeline (any time, day or night) to reset your password yourself.
Note: The C&IT Help Desk staff cannot reset passwords via email.
