When should instructors download Course Statistics?

In order to maintain good performance of the Blackboard system, course statistics that are older than 180 days are automatically deleted. This means that you will only see up to 180 days worth of course statistics in your course at any given time.

To download course statistics:
1. Enter the course site.
2. Under Control Panel, click Evaluation to expand the menu options.
3. Click Tracking Reports.
4. On the Statistics Reports page, click the Action Link next to the desired report.
5. Click Run.
6. On the Run Reports page, select Format, Users, a Start Date and an End Date.
7. Click Submit to run this report.
8. Save the file on your computer. The file is saved based on the chosen format (PDF, HTML, Excel or Word).

For help accessing Blackboard or advice on using the system, see Knowledgebase article #93.
