When I try to log into WSU Webmail, I get a message that reads "Error: Invalid login".

Either the AccessID or the password you have entered are incorrect.  Please call the C&IT Help Desk at (313) 577-4778 if you get this error message.  You may need to provide this and other credentials for them to reset your password.  They may also ask you other questions if this does not resolve the problem. What should I do?
