How do I retrieve my e-mail messages if I keep getting an "Error retrieving Zimbra session" message?

If you receive an "Error retrieving Zimbra session" message when attempting to log in to Wayne Connect, please call the C&IT Help Desk at (313) 577-4778.  Your e-mail account may not be active or may have expired and/or been deleted due to a period of extended inactivity with WSU.
